The Nativity portrays the real meaning of Christmas and grows in popularity every year. For many it is the highlight of their Christmas celebrations. Singing carols along the way, we following the footsteps of Mary and Joseph until we find the baby Jesus.
Our Journey begins when the centurion orders everyone to go to Bethlehem. Crossing over to the Egerton Arms, we are greeted by the grumpy innkeeper, who informs us that there is no room at the inn. We walk towards the village hall, where hopefully the Angel Gabriel and a few junior members of the heavenly host will make an appearance. Then we move on down to Glebe Farm drive to meet some rustic shepherds, before heading into the barn to find Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus. Finally, the three Wise Men arrive and we end with prayers and refreshments.
Tickets are: £5.00 for adults £2.50 for children and £12 for a family ticket (2 adults and 3 children). This includes: mulled wine, hot chocolate and mince pies.
