Just like the products we stock in the farm shop our butcher prides himself on sourcing locally wherever possible. The pork and lamb is reared locally and the beef comes from Nantwich. Additionally, we support our local agricultural college at Reaseheath for their outstanding produce.
In keeping with the standards you would expect at Glebe Farm all beef is matured for 21 days, the burgers and sausages are homemade and the bacon is home cured.
Seasonally we offer a variety of game and of course Christmas would not be Christmas without a turkey from Glebe Farm!
