We get asked lots of questions about visiting Glebe Farm so we’ve compiled a list of FAQs to help you make the most out of your visit..

Section 1 – Planning your visit

Do we have to book?

No, there is no need to book to visit Glebe Farm

What are your opening hours?

The farm is open 7 days a week: from 9am to 5pm Mon to Sat, 9am to 3pm Sun. Please check with individual shops for their opening times.

How much is it to visit Glebe Farm?

Glebe Farm is FREE to visit. There is no charge to see our animals or explore the farm and shops.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we welcome well behaved dogs on leads. Most areas of the farm are dog friendly. Please check out our “doggy” businesses on our EXPLORE page of our website.

Is Glebe Farm wheelchair / pushchair friendly?

Yes, the farm and shops are accessible. There is some bumpier ground near the paddocks to be aware of.

There are ramps to any of the shops which are not on flat ground.

Section 2 – While you are here

What can we do at Glebe Farm?

There are more than 20 shops and businesses at Glebe Farm. Please see the EXPLORE tab on our website for more information.
You can visit the animals in their pens and paddocks and we have a brand new play area for children.

Can we feed the animals?

Yes you can. Animal feed and pony carrots are available to buy from the ice cream counter / farm shop.

Are you doing tractor rides?

We are unable to offer tractor rides at the moment. We will update as soon as the situation changes.

Where are the toilets?

The toilets are in the entrance to the barn opposite the hand washing trough.

There is an accessible toilet, plus baby changing here too.

There is additional hand washing in the play area and hand sanitising stations throughout the farm.

There are indoor toilets, including accessible toilet and baby changing facilities, through our café (these will be available when the café is open for indoor dining)

Section 3 – “Other stuff”

Can I book a children’s party?

We are not taking any party bookings at the moment. We have exciting plans for 2021 but are not able to take any forward bookings just yet. We will update as soon as the situation changes.

Do you let volunteers work with your animals?

Yes we do sometimes have volunteer/work experience placements. Please message us via Facebook for more information.

Can we camp at Glebe Farm?

Yes we have a camping field which is usually used for rallies and events, but also may be available for individual families and small groups (all subject to the latest Covid guidance from .gov.uk). Please email Graham Aggio at graham@glebefarmastbury.co.uk

Do you have any units to let?

If you have your own business and can offer something a little bit different, why not get in touch and see if we have a space for you. We are always looking for new and exciting businesses to add to the Glebe Farm Experience.
